Based in Redditch, Worcestershire - easily commutable from Bromsgrove, Droitwich Spa, Kidderminster, Evesham, Alcester, Studley, Stratford-upon-Avon, Worcester, and South Birmingham areas.

Our client, a highly respected manufacturer within the FMCG sector, is seeking two experienced Maintenance Engineers to join their growing engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in ensuring high equipment reliability, product quality, and operational performance in a modern, fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out safe and efficient engineering operations in line with company Health & Safety policies.
* Perform repairs, maintenance and machine modifications to the highest quality standards.
* Work collaboratively with production teams, providing clear shift handovers and ongoing communication.
* Support and mentor operators in problem-solving and process improvement.
* Participate in continuous improvement and technical trial projects.
* Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow preventative maintenance schedules.
* Support site security and ensure engineering best practice is maintained at all times.
