Overview
Leeds Beckett University seeks an Associate Director of Estates & Facilities to shape the future of its estate. This senior leadership role reports directly to the Director of Estates & Facilities and will provide strategic and operational leadership across capital development, hard facilities management, statutory compliance, space utilisation and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide strategic and operational leadership across capital development, hard facilities management, statutory compliance, space utilisation and sustainability.
* Develop and deliver the Estates Strategy, campus masterplanning and long‑term investment planning.
* Deliver estates capital programmes and ensure hard FM and estates compliance.
* Lead masterplanning, space and property management across a multi‑building portfolio.
Essential Qualifications
* Senior leadership experience in a large, complex high‑public‑footfall estate environment.
* Proven track record of delivering estates capital programmes.
* Experience and knowledge of hard FM and estates compliance.
* Experience of masterplanning, space and property management across multiple buildings (advantageous).
* Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate and develop high‑performing teams.
