My client is a UK Top 50 firm who are seeking a talented individual to join the firm's prestigious Banking and Finance team. This role involves advising on a wide range of funding arrangements, from everyday banking transactions to complex international trade and investment projects.
Responsibilities
* Support team members based in London and Reading, working with high-profile financial institutions, overseas lenders, private banks, and investors.
* Manage banking and finance transactions, drafting and negotiating documentation, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
* Work closely with other teams to meet deadlines and budgets, on some of the finest work outside of the City.
