What you will do....
As the Membership Experience Representative, you will provide exceptional customer service to community members and team members. Your responsibilities include providing information about memberships and programs, offering facility tours, selling memberships and day passes, and registering members for programs.
You will monitor participants in the facility and be the point person for emergency situations. You will proactively assist members and participants with needs, inquiries, or concerns. You will develop strong relationships with families and peers to create a safe and welcoming environment.
You will ensure all areas are cleaned promptly and regularly, including washrooms, floors, and dispensers, and perform other duties as assigned.
What you will bring…
You are a confident, social individual with excellent relationship-building and leadership skills. You have a high school diploma, ideally with one year of customer service experience. Certification in Standard First Aid/CPR-C and AED is required.
You are computer literate, with knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. You are committed to responding with sensitivity and personal awareness to diverse needs in an inclusive environment.
