1. Up To £40,000 Basic Salary + Bonus
2. Monday To Friday 8am - 5pm (42.5 Hour Week)
3. Saturdays When Required Paid At Overtime x 1.3!

We are in search of a Parts Supervisor to join our Clients Main Dealer in the Heathrow area!
Our Client is part of a network of dealerships and are looking to add to their Parts team. They are looking for an experienced Parts Supervisor or strong Parts Advisor to join their team providing excellent customer services, providing parts sales within branch as well as externally and maintaining customer relationships.
Our Client is offering the successful Parts Supervisor:
6. Up To £40,000 Basic Salary + Bonus
7. Monday To Friday 8am - 5pm (42.5 Hour Week)
8. Saturdays When Required Paid At Overtime x 1.3!
9. 24 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
10. Main Dealership Environment
Duties of a Parts Supervisor:
11. To ensure that all customers and internal parts needs are dealt with promptly and courteously responding immediately to requests for parts
12. To be continuously and consistently conscious of customer needs providing at all times the highest level of courtesy and service, and promote customer satisfaction and dealership CXI rating
13. Working within the sales team on sales of product promotions by answering telephone queries and dealing with electronic queries
14. To report any stock damage or stock losses to the manager without delay
15. To ensure that the work area is kept to a high standard of cleanliness and that Health and Safety and COSHH requirements are adhered to all times
What our Client expects of their Parts Supervisor:
16. Proactive approach in maintaining customer standards
17. Good telephone manner
18. Organisational and administration skills
19. Experience using Kerridge is Advantageous but not essential
20. Full and Clean Driving License
