Role Overview:
We are seeking a
Business Analyst
with experience in the
water utility sector
to support transformational business change initiatives. The BA will work with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document requirements while ensuring solutions meet business needs and support benefits realization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead business analysis activities across multiple change initiatives.
* Translate business needs into requirements (UI design, data models, business processes, interface designs).
* Apply the Requirements Engineering model (elicitation, analysis, validation, documentation, traceability).
* Use elicitation techniques: interviews, workshops, surveys.
* Develop AS-IS and TO-BE process models, perform gap analysis, and support transition planning.
* Manage stakeholder communication at all levels.
* Support User Acceptance Testing and ensure deliverables meet requirements.
* Contribute to designing sustainable, business-focused solutions.
