Position Details
* Full-time permanent role based at our customer's distribution centre in Bridgwater.
* Salary: £24,453 per annum
* Weekly hours: 37.5 hours with a 30-minute unpaid break
* Shift pattern: 5 days out of 7, 8-hour shifts between 10:00-18:00
A Day in the Life of a Warehouse Operative
As a Warehouse Operative, you will be part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, ensuring the accuracy of stock entering or leaving the depot.
Your activities may include working across various workstreams such as Goods Inbound checks, Picker Accuracy audits, and Load Adherence checks, which often involve manual handling.
Job Responsibilities
* Audit inbound accuracy of supplier deliveries on the GFR program.
* Audit picker accuracy for stock destined for stores and investigate errors.
* Follow audit and error verification procedures diligently.
* Maintain data integrity at all times.
* Achieve productivity targets aligned with customer expectations.
* Review daily targets in accordance with customer requirements.

Job Requirements
* Ability to respond actively to verbal instructions and audible warnings.
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
