Requirements
* 8+ years of experience in embedded software development within the Aerospace sector.
* Strong understanding of embedded systems and real-time operating systems.
* Leadership or management expertise along with hands-on engineering experience.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
