Salary: base £40,170 with OTE up to £52,000. Guaranteed overtime available. 40 hrs/week, core 8:30–5:00, 1 in 4 Saturdays.

What to Expect
Our Service, Maintenance & Repair (SMR) division delivers planned, structured repair and servicing directly to members, from driveways to workplace car parks. No emergency callouts or unpredictable shift patterns. You'll work scheduled jobs with time, tools and support for quality work.
Responsibilities
* Routine servicing
* Diagnostics using advanced mobile equipment
* In‑depth repairs normally done in a workshop
* Provide member advice based on inspection
* Vehicle safety checks aligned to RAC standards

Qualifications
* Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
* Minimum 2 years’ experience as a vehicle technician working on light vehicles
* Full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points
