You\'ll get given every opportunity to progress within a company that invests in its people, celebrates individuality, and rewards and recognises employees who go beyond the plate.Your key responsibilities will include:Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customersMaintaining a high standard of cleanliness of the kitchen and surrounding areasEnsuring the correct use of all machinery and equipmentAssisting with the loading or unloading of deliveries and supply vehiclesRepresenting Northern Ireland and maintaining a positive brand imageComplying with Food Handling & Hygiene standardsComplying with Health & Safety regulationsEssential Criteria:Experience of Kitchen managementStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to work under pressure,Knowledge of HACCP Food Safety KnowledgeDesirable:A Level 2 in Food SafetyExperience with menu planning,Experience with stock control, purchasing, and profit optimisation.
