In this role, you will: Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support to students with autism, fostering their academic and personal growth. Implement individualized learning plans under the guidance of experienced educators and therapists. Utilize evidence-based approaches, including Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), to support communication, social skills, and independence. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Monitor and track student progress, contributing to regular assessments and reviews. Support students during transitions, breaks, and extracurricular activities, ensuring their safety and well-being. We are looking for candidates who: Have experience working with children or young people with autism or other special educational needs. Possess a compassionate, patient, and proactive approach to supporting students. Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, building positive relationships with students, staff, and families.
