Sales Administrator / Vehicle Administrator

Key Job Requirements
* Taxing new and used cars
* Invoicing new and used cars and preparing appropriate manufacturer handover packs
* Bringing new and used cars into stock
* Setting up warranties for approved and non-approved cars
* Raising payment requisitions for straight purchases and part exchange settlements
* Checking updates on new cars
* Ordering, updating, invoicing and taxing fleet and direct supply deals
* Helping with FCA audits
Skills Required
* Confident personality and articulate
* Ability to deliver exemplary levels of customer service
* Excellent organisational skills with an eye for detail
* Focused, self‑motivated
* Professional, presentable and excellent communication skills
Required Experience
* Ability to demonstrate strong administrative skills
* Previous Motor Trade Sales Administrator experience is preferred
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
