As a Production Operative, you will play a key role in the manufacture of high-quality precast concrete products used in construction projects throughout the UK and Ireland, including a number of award-winning developments.Pay & Hours? £13.00 per hour (£13.50 per hour after 12 weeks)? Monday to Friday, 7:00am 4:00pm? Overtime paid at Time and a Half? Temporary to Permanent OpportunityKey Responsibilities? Preparing moulds and production equipment.? Pouring and handling concrete products.? Producing precast concrete products in line with daily production targets.? Maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.? Completing production records and timesheets accurately.? Communicating effectively with Team Leaders regarding production progress.?
