The Role
This is a night shift role, Monday - Thursday 16:30 - 03:00. The successful candidate requires a minimum of 2 years’ experience with proven competence in Painting and Bodyshop preparations, with high quality precision components from composites to automotive with the Flexibility in working hours and effective communication skills with production and managerial staff along with behaviours to be self-motivated and disciplined in their approach in the excelling environment.
Key Accountabilities & Duties
Responsible for maintaining the highest standards of Paint work and bodywork preparations.
Day to day running and identifying potential problems in manufacturing of components to maximise performance and efficiencies.
Identifying areas for improvements in the manufacturing facilities whilst working safely to the latest health and safety requirements.

Experience:
* Bodyshop Painting: 2 years (required)
Full UK Driving License required.
This is a full-time position, night shift 16:30 - 03:00 Monday - Thursday.
