Salary: ULT Teachers’ Pay Scale (£36,400 - £53,040 FTE) + TLR2

The role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Head of Personal Development (PHRSE). This is a brand-new role in the academy and offers an exciting opportunity to design and drive a whole school vision for Personal Development (PHRSE). As Head of Department, you will play a leading role in shaping and leading on all aspects of teaching and will have specific responsibility for across the subject area and across the key stages. You will manage and develop a broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated curriculum for the subject area.
