Working closely with the Deputy Manager, you will lead shifts, support colleagues and help maintain the high standards our residents deserve.</p><p>Key responsibilities include:</p><ul><li>Leading and coordinating the day-to-day running of shifts</li><li>Supporting, supervising and developing Care Assistants</li><li>Delivering and promoting outstanding person-centred care</li><li>Safe management and administration of medication</li><li>Reviewing and updating care plans and assessments</li><li>Monitoring residents wellbeing and responding to changing needs
