Duties

* Coordinate food production activities, ensuring timely preparation and presentation of dishes.
* Engage with customers to provide excellent service, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly.
* Support the management team in inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow during peak hours.
* Implement training programs for new employees on culinary techniques, food safety practices, and customer service skills.
Experience
* Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry is essential.
* Culinary experience or formal training in food preparation is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with food production processes and kitchen operations is required.
* Experience in serving customers with a focus on delivering exceptional hospitality is beneficial.
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is crucial for maintaining compliance.
* Barista experience would be an advantage for establishments offering coffee services.
