WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE - REACH TRUCK OPERATOR Siamo are working in partnership with a leading health care company to recruit warehouse operatives based in Maidstone (ME16 0LW). SHIFT: Monday to Friday (Rotating Weekly AM/PM) Rotating Pattern: Week 1 - 6am to 2pm Week 2 - 2pm to 10pm Weekends off work RATE OF PAY: Basic: £14.26p/h Overtime: £18.93 p/h (x1.5 rate) / £25.24 (x2 rate) (over 37.5 hours per week) SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Reach truck driving experience and Valid License Previous experience within a Goods In role Good communication skills and the ability to speak, read and write basic English Able to follow instructions Able to work under pressure to targets and deadlines Numerical and focused on accuracy Basic computer literacy and experience of data inputting Awareness of Health & Safety regulations, including manual handling Able to work as part of a team Able to use initiative and identify issues at work and suggest options for improvement ONSITE BENEFITS Long term career opportunities with regular temp to perm conversions Career progression Subsidised canteen with hot and cold food and vending Machines Onsite Management team for ongoing support.
