Key Responsibilities
* Own digital execution across paid search, paid social, retargeting and SEO
* Manage and optimise the website, including performance, conversion paths and digital journeys
* Execute campaigns aligned to Demand and Product Marketing priorities
* Track budgets and performance, with a focus on ongoing optimisation
* Partner cross-functionally with Demand Marketing, Product Marketing, and Content
* Test and iterate to improve CTR, CVR and CPL over time
* Support digital and hybrid events where needed
What We're Looking For
* 5+ years' experience in digital marketing, ideally in cybersecurity or a highly technical B2B space
* Hands-on strength across paid search, paid social, SEO and website optimisation
* Enterprise marketing experience, with credibility across technical and commercial audiences
* Performance mindset, with ownership of metrics like CVR, CPL, CAC efficiency and traffic quality
* Strong martech and analytics fluency, across tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Hotjar, Webflow and HubSpot
* Startup or scale-up experience, with the ability to move quickly and improve through iteration
