Role Overview

The Outreach Executive supports the Outreach Lead in the planning and execution of ThruDark’s influencer and ambassador activity. This is a hands‑on, relationship‑focused role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for the outdoor and lifestyle space. You’ll be central to keeping campaigns on track, talent well‑supported, and outreach activity running smoothly.
You’ll be both relationship‑ and results‑driven, combining creative instincts with strong organisational and communication skills to deliver impactful influencer activity that reinforces ThruDark’s brand values.
Key Responsibilities
* Talent Acquisition & Relationship Support:
o Assist in researching and identifying new influencers, athletes, and creators aligned with ThruDark’s ethos
o Support the management of existing influencer and ambassador relationships, acting as a key day‑to‑day contact
o Help coordinate communications between influencers, agents, and internal teams
o Maintain and update influencer databases, tracking partnership status, deliverables, and performance
* Campaign Execution:
o Support end‑to‑end campaign delivery – from initial briefing and product coordination through to content collection and reporting
o Coordinate product gifting and seeding programs, ensuring timely delivery, presentation, and follow‑up
o Collaborate with Marketing, Social, and Creative teams to support shoots, events, and content activations
* Performance Monitoring:
o Track influencer deliverables and campaign KPIs, ensuring performance standards are met
o Track engagement, reach, and content performance across platforms
o Compile regular performance reports to support campaign analysis and optimisation
o Stay ahead of competitor activity, emerging talent, and platform trends to identify opportunities
* Administrative Support:
o Assist with influencer budget tracking and spend reporting
o Liaise with Finance to ensure timely payment of influencer and agency fees
o Help maintain outreach workflows, tools, and internal processes to improve team efficiencyParticipate in departmental planning, meetings, and internal collaboration initiatives
Requirements
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* Passionate about influencer marketing, social media, and the outdoor/lifestyle sector
* Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
* Organised, proactive, and detail‑oriented with strong multitasking ability
* Skilled relationship builder with a professional yet personable approach
* Knowledge of influencer marketing platforms, talent negotiation, and campaign tracking tools
* Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic brand environment
* Prior experience in influencer or talent management, PR, or social media is advantageous
