Job Title: Mechanical Design Engineer - Building Services Location: York (with hybrid working) Salary: £35,000 - £55,000 Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent About the Company My client is a rapidly expanding building services consultancy that has seen significant growth over the past 12 months. The York office has grown from two to five people, and new offices have recently been opened in Hull and King's Lynn. I work directly with their York design team, and they are looking for a talented Mechanical Design Engineer to join them. Role Overview This is a hybrid position, based out of the York office, with the flexibility to work from home up to three days a week following probation. Mondays and Tuesdays are office-based, with flexibility on the rest of the week. The role involves delivering mechanical design solutions across a range of building services projects, using Hevacomp and IES software to produce accurate and efficient designs. You'll be working closely with colleagues across disciplines and contributing to the continued growth and success of the team.
