Location: Barnet (and surrounding areas, varied assignment locations)
Hours: Flexible / On-demand – by your availability (typically school hours, eg. 08:30–16:00)
Contract Type: Day-to-day and short-term assignments across primary, secondary, and over-16 settings
About the Role
We’re seeking creative, compassionate, and dedicated Educators to support learning in classrooms across primary, secondary, and post-16 contexts. You’ll help maintain a nurturing educational environment and deliver hands-on support where it’s needed most—on a flexible, short-term basis.
What You’ll Do
* Collaborate with class teachers to support lessons and learning goals
* Build positive relationships with students to foster engagement and inclusion
* Promote safeguarding, equality, and a supportive classroom atmosphere at all times
* Manage tasks independently—adapt to varying settings and schedules
* Liaise professionally with parents and other stakeholders when required
* Follow guidelines for care procedures, potentially including manual handling, medication assistance, or hoisting
* Ideally, support learners with additional needs (ASC, PMLD, MLD)—experience is a plus but not essential
Experience in care, elderly care, or nursing is valued and may transfer well to this role.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
