We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Housing Association who are looking for Multi Trader based in West London.
Day to Day:
* Property maintenance
Skills required:
* Plumbing – stopping leaks – unblocking WCs/sinks/etc.
* Carpentry – changing locks / repairs to frames/ overhauling doors.
* Some brickwork repairs.
* Patch repairs to plaster.
* Stick on floor tiles
* Damp & mould
* Decoration
