NOCN Group is seeking motivated Customer Co-ordinators to join their CPCS and CISRS Customer Services teams. You will provide a professional customer experience while managing enquiries and handling complaints.

The role requires at least 2 years' experience in customer service, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to develop strong relationships with internal teams. NOCN offers 38 days of annual leave, including bank holidays, and flexible working arrangements.
