This role is based over a 4 day working week, Monday to Thursday, 6:30am to 4pm. They are seeking a disciplined and people-focused Production Manager to lead a manufacturing team in Worksop. This is a vital role focused on achieving production targets, maintaining a "no-faults-forward" quality culture, and fostering a highly motivated, skilled workforce. Key Responsibilities: Operational Leadership: Produce daily/weekly production plans, review resource levels, and manage capacity planning to ensure optimum productivity. Quality & CI: Champion ISO 9001 standards, lead 6s housekeeping audits, and implement corrective actions to reduce waste and improve efficiency. H&S Management: Promote a safety-first culture, conducting risk assessments, accident investigations, and weekly H&S inspections (ISO 14001 compliance).
