Trainee Learning Support Assistant for Secondary Education
Location: Cardiff
Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm (Monday to Friday, Term-Time Only)
Pay: £90 - £100 per day
Start Date: September 1st

About the Role
As a Trainee Learning Support Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in helping students aged 11–18 succeed in their education. You’ll support learners with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) such as:
* Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
* ADHD
* Dyslexia
* Emotional and behavioural difficulties
You will provide:
* One-to-one and small group support
* Assistance during lessons across various subjects
* Encouragement of positive behaviour and inclusion

Essential qualities:
* Passion for working with young people
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proactive and positive attitude
* Willingness to complete essential training (fully funded)
* Ability to pass an enhanced DBS check (support provided)
