Behaviour Support Mentor Hounslow September 2025 StartLocation: Hounslow, West LondonContract: September 2025 July 2026 (Term-Time Only)Pay: £444.00 per week (PAYE)Interviews: June/July 2025Are you a Criminology or Psychology graduate interested in becoming a Behaviour Support Mentor this September?A vibrant and inclusive secondary school in Hounslow is searching for a Behaviour Support Mentor to support students with social, emotional, and behavioural needs. This Behaviour Support Mentor role is ideal for graduates considering a future in mental health, education or youth work.As a Behaviour Support Mentor, you will work with targeted pupils to build trust, encourage emotional regulation, and promote positive behaviour across the school day. The successful Behaviour Support Mentor will play a vital role in both the classroom and in small group interventions.Key responsibilities:Mentoring pupils with behaviour or SEMH needsSupporting behaviour management strategies in classLeading restorative conversations and wellbeing activitiesLiaising with the pastoral and safeguarding teamsActing as a positive role modelWere looking for:A 2:1 or above in Criminology, Psychology, or a related degreeAn interest in SEMH, youth work or mental healthStrong communication and resilienceCommitment for the full academic yearPlease note: This role is only open to applicants with a UK undergraduate degree.
