This role offers the opportunity to play an important part in building and strengthening the Firenze brand across the UK wealth management ecosystem. As a Marketing Executive, you will help deliver a broad range of marketing initiatives that engage financial advisers, professional partners, and end clients, supporting the continued growth of our Lombard lending solution.
You will work across multiple channels and campaigns, collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners to bring Firenze’s proposition to life. This is an ideal role for someone looking to build a long‑term career in financial services marketing while gaining hands‑on exposure to campaigns, client communications, events, and brand development.

Role Overview and Responsibilities
The Marketing Executive will support the planning and delivery of Firenze’s marketing activities across digital channels, events, campaigns and communications. The role will work closely with the Partnerships, Sales and Compliance teams to ensure marketing initiatives effectively support commercial objectives and strengthen engagement with advisers and professional partners, and report to the Head of Revenue.
This is a hands‑on role within a growing fintech where you will see the direct impact of your work on brand awareness, stakeholder engagement and lead generation.
Events
Support the planning and delivery of high‑quality events including seminars, webinars and industry networking events for financial advisers, professional partners and clients.
Digital Marketing
Assist in managing digital marketing activity across the website, social media and email campaigns to help increase Firenze’s visibility and engagement.
Campaigns & Analytics
Support marketing campaigns and track performance using analytics tools to help measure engagement and improve future activity.
Content & Communications
Help produce and distribute marketing content including newsletters, social media posts, articles and campaign communications.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams to support marketing initiatives and ensure consistent messaging.
General Marketing Support
Provide support across day‑to‑day marketing activities and assist with ad‑hoc projects as the business continues to grow.
You Should Apply If You Have
* Experience: 1–3 years’ experience working in a marketing or communications role within financial services.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously while working to deadlines.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and engaging marketing communications.
* The ability to build strong working relationships with a variety of internal teams and external stakeholders.
* A genuine interest in financial services and fintech, with a desire to build a long‑term career in the industry.
