We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented PMO Analyst to join our Transformation function at De La Rue. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, financial tracking, and project governance, and who is keen to contribute to the successful delivery of transformation initiatives across the business.
Working across a diverse portfolio of change initiatives — from small-scale improvements to large programmes — you’ll provide robust governance, insightful reporting, and critical financial oversight that supports effective decision-making at all levels of the organisation.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and financial tracking skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset. You will have proven experience in PMO< project coordination and/or change environments and be comfortable working across multiple projects and workstreams, supporting project managers and stakeholders with clear, accurate reporting and insight. You will also bring a structured and organised approach, ensuring effective coordination, governance, and control across a dynamic portfolio of programmes and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the creation and management of project budgets and cost trackers in collaboration with Finance
* Produce monthly Value Creation Plans (VCPs), ensuring accurate tracking of financial benefits
* Monitor and manage both financial and non-financial benefits across initiatives
* Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making across the portfolio
* Track project progress, milestones, dependencies, and risks, ensuring issues are proactively managed
* Produce high-quality monthly portfolio reports highlighting key risks, decisions, and priorities
* Ensure timely communication of project status to senior stakeholders and executives
* Champion strong governance practices, including board reporting and post-project reviews
* Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships across the business
* Coordinate project meetings, actions, and documentation
* Maintain accurate project records, risk logs, and reporting data
* Manage project documentation, ensuring robust configuration control
* Support reporting cycles and board pack preparation

Working hours: Full Time – 36.5 hrs per week (9am – 5:15pm Mon, 9am – 5pm Tues – Fri)

Skills, Qualifications & Experience
* A recognised PPM or PMO qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, MSP, APM, or equivalent)
* Experience with project management methodologies and tools
* Strong knowledge of governance, reporting, and PMO processes
* Experience in financial management and benefit tracking
* Proficiency in Excel and Power BI for reporting and analysis
* Experience managing small projects or workstreams
* Familiarity with the full project lifecycle
