About the Organisation
We are supporting a leading aviation operations provider in recruiting an experienced CAMO Maintenance Planning Lead to join their team. The organisation maintains operational excellence across fleet management and maintenance planning, ensuring safety, compliance and airworthiness are achieved to the highest standard.
The successful candidate will lead the CAMO Maintenance Planning team, delivering short, medium and long-term maintenance plans, supporting audits and investigations, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement across aviation operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the CAMO Maintenance Planning team
* Ensure compliance with EASA, UK CAA, UK MAA and FAA regulations
* Oversee maintenance scheduling, forecasting and coordination with procurement and supply chain teams
* Support audits, investigations and safety monitoring
* Drive continuous improvement and promote operational excellence
Experience
* Proven experience in CAMO Maintenance Planning within a regulated aviation environment
* Strong knowledge of EASA, UK CAA, UK MAA and FAA regulations
* Leadership and team management experience
* Experience with Safety Management Systems and ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001, 27001)
* Excellent communication, organisational and IT skills
Qualifications
* Relevant technical qualification such as Part 66 B1/B2 licence, Aerospace Engineering degree or equivalent
* SC clearance eligibility
* British nationality
