Our client is a highly regarded name within the hard asset finance sector. A rare opportunity has arisen for a head of customer relationship management to join their Manchester based team.
This is a newly created role, reporting to the Head of Operations, responsible for overseeing the customer relationship function.
Key responsibilities include
Coach, mentor and develop staff, including overseeing new employee onboarding
Work closely with other stakeholders in the business to ensure smooth client onboarding, ensuring an efficient service to customers
Monitor quality through performing oversight checks, reviewing operational data, and identify any training issues and process improvements
Monitor forward capacity management, ensuring resource availability around busy periods
Ensure that the team are processing all requests for in-life tasks such as settlement quotes, agreement settlement, reschedules etc.
The successful candidate will have proven team management experience, ideally with an understanding of the asset finance marketplace – you will have excellent communication skills, the ability to plan and manage multiple projects and deadlines, and the ability to think outside the box to solve problems.
