We are looking for committed Secondary Learning Support Assistants to join inclusive and supportive secondary schools in the Reigate, Surrey area.

This role offers flexible daily cover as well as opportunities for short-term and long-term placements, providing consistent and rewarding work while helping pupils thrive both academically and personally.

About the Role

1. Provide tailored 1:1 and small-group support to secondary-aged students with a range of SEN needs, including ASD, ADHD, and behavioural or SEMH challenges.

2. Assist students across KS3–KS4, adapting to different subjects and classroom environments.

3. Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral teams to help create a positive, inclusive learning atmosphere.

4. Support students in developing independence, confidence, and strong learning habits.

Requirements

5. Previous UK secondary school experience is essential.

6. Strong background supporting SEN students, particularly ASD/ADHD/behavioural or SEMH needs.

7. Minimum GCSE Grade C (or equivalent) in English and Maths.

8. A Psychology or Childhood/Youth Studies degree is highly desirable.
