About the Role
As our Maintenance Excellence Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering value through world-class asset care. You’ll lead the implementation of our Maintenance Excellence Roadmap, champion reliability and performance improvements, and embed a culture of continuous improvement across our engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the annual Maintenance Excellence implementation plan
2. Drive critical engineering processes and reliability-centred maintenance (RCM)
3. Champion root cause analysis and top-loss performance improvement
4. Enhance CMMS usage and inventory management strategies
5. Support Autonomous Maintenance and 5S initiatives
