Job Description
Your daily responsibilities will include leading a team of technicians, with key duties such as:
* Deputising for the IT Workshop Manager.
* Serving as an escalation point for technicians, stakeholders, and the wider business.
* Managing stock control and reordering.
* Coaching and mentoring your team.
* Driving continual service improvements.
* Developing and updating IT Workshop procedures.
* Providing feedback via performance reviews and appraisals.
* Conducting team meetings, 1-to-1s, and return-to-work interviews.
* Ensuring team targets are met.
* Collaborating on project delivery timelines and configurations for new store kits.
Qualifications
Requirements:
* Experienced and confident leader.
* Knowledge of policies, procedures, and enforcement.
* Ability to manage under pressure.
* Effective decision-making and delegation skills.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Understanding of stock control and asset management.
* Basic knowledge of IT security and data protection.
* Excellent communication skills across all levels.
