The Role This is an exciting opportunity to join our happy and friendly team to: Support an individual child, sometimes within small groups, making the adjustments on a day to day basis to ensure access to a differentiated curriculum Be proactive and flexible in supporting the child’s needs Working closely with the SENCO and class teacher to deliver a personalised programme of support to meet targets Support and maintain positive links between home and school Work collaboratively with external agencies to draw upon skills, knowledge and recommendations to help support the child Support the child’s personal care and needs. Work to meet the requirements set out in the pupil’s Education Health Care Plan.
