Cash Operations Specialist - EMEA Payments Operations
Join our team as a Cash Operations Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate payments for our global clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading provider of clearing, custody, operations, and technology solutions.
As a Cash Operations Specialist within the EMEA Payments Operations Team, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Payments Processing Function. Your duties will include processing multi-currency payments, maintaining operational checks and controls, and supporting various shift patterns to ensure seamless payment operations for our clients.
Job Responsibilities
* Complete daily payment operations checks and controls according to procedures.
* Repair payment transactions and verify transactions.
* Process manual instructions as needed.
* Review, research, and process exceptions following procedures.
* Monitor transaction activity and control settlement timeframes.
* Lead small projects occasionally to improve operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
* Strong interpersonal skills with effective communication at all levels.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proactive problem-solving skills with ownership of issues and appropriate escalation.
* Strong client focus.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
* Strong PC and analytical skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
* Knowledge of EMEA payment clearings and SWIFT message types.
