Senior Planner with experience of working for main contractors on construction projects (building, civils, MEP and entry into service) required for contract opportunity in Cambridge.
This is working on a major construction projects being delivered using the NEC form of contract so candidate must have a strong knowledge of option C.
This is a contract role, requiring you to be onsite 4 days a week, with an initial contract period extending until May 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing and updating the project programme
Measuring PVAs on a weekly basis
Issuing programme updates and narratives periodically
Supporting monthly reporting
Providing programmes to support commercial recovery, including Extensions of Time (EOTs)
Job Requirements:
Experience in project planning, specifically in the construction and rail sectors
Experience with building, civils, MEP and entry into service
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
