Rental Manager required, in Burton:
1. Basic: Up to £32,000
2. OTE: £36,200
3. Monday – Friday : 08:30 – 17:30
4. 40 hours per week

We’re looking for a Rental Manager to take ownership of operations, drive profitability, and deliver outstanding service. This role would suit someone with a background in vehicle rental, fleet management, or automotive who thrives in a customer-facing environment and enjoys building strong relationships.

What you’ll be doing as a Rental Manager?:
10. Overseeing the daily rental operation, ensuring efficiency and profitability
11. Building and maintaining relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners
12. Attending local and industry events to promote the business and generate opportunities
13. Managing budgets effectively to maximise performance
14. Monitoring vehicle logistics, customer agreements, and operational processes
15. Delivering excellent customer service that drives repeat business and referrals
What we’re looking for in a Rental Manager?:
16. Previous experience in vehicle rental, fleet management, or a related automotive role
17. Outgoing and personable, confident networking and building relationships
18. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
19. Commercially minded with a focus on hitting financial targets
20. Excellent customer service skills with a professional, approachable manner
