We are looking for a Clinical Performance Manager to lead and support a team of Clinical Advisors and Triage Clinicians. This role is ideal for a registered healthcare professional passionate about coaching, development, and delivering excellent patient care.
Location: Orbis Building, Riverside Rd, Derby DE24 8HY

Competitive salary: £53,770 per annum (pro rata)
Working Patterns: Full Time 37.5 hours per week
Annual leave entitlement: Standard 25 days + 8 bank holidays, increasing with service up to 33 days + 8 bank holidays.

Key Focus Areas Include
* Providing real-time clinical oversight and leadership to a multi-disciplinary team
* Supporting staff with coaching, mentoring, and professional development
* Monitoring and managing performance using quality data and KPIs
* Ensuring safe, efficient, and compassionate delivery of the NHS 111 service
What We're Looking For:
Qualifications
* Registered Nurse, Paramedic, or Pharmacist (NMC or HCPC registered)
* Educated to degree level or equivalent
* Evidence of ongoing clinical/professional development
* NHS Pathways accreditation (user or coach) is desirable
Experience & Skills:
* Previous clinical leadership or management experience
* Experience working in telephone triage or urgent care settings
* Ability to coach and support staff performance and development
* Competent in using systems like NHS Pathways, Adastra, and PaCCS
