Are you ready to make a difference? We’re on the lookout for a passionate Quality Engineer to join our dynamic KierBAM Joint Venture (JV) partnership between Kier and Bam Nuttall, based in the vibrant city of Plymouth, Devon.
Location & Hours
Location: Devonport Dockyard, Plymouth, Devon (with some flexibility for remote work!)
Hours: Permanent, Full Time

Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our nuclear team, supporting the redevelopment project at the Dockyard. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
* Conduct on-site investigations of quality issues and actively participate in their resolution.
* Ensure that our on-site supply chain partners maintain a robust Quality Management System that meets project requirements.
* Assist the construction team in reviewing and implementing Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), quality control procedures, and quality improvement plans.
* Deliver engaging quality training modules to KBJV and supply chain staff.
* Act as a liaison between the KBJV delivery team and the Client for Hold and Witness inspections and Surveillance activities.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you have:
* Academic Qualifications: Degree or qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Plumbing Engineering, Quality, or a related field (HNC, BSc, MSc, BEng, MEng).
* ECS / CSCS Cards: PQP/AQP.
