As a Service Charge Analyst, you'll be part of a team working with colleagues across the group to ensure all relevant costs are identified, coded to the correct cost allocation pool and checked for completeness. You'll also ensure that rent charges are correctly charged for each tenure type and are reviewed in accordance with the Rent Standard, associated legislation and any applicable lease agreement.
The part you'll play is pivotal to ensuring that residents have affordable homes to live in. Working with Development, Neighbourhood and Mechanical and Electrical teams you'll gain a thorough understanding of new schemes being built and the services being provided, to ensure correct rent and accurate estimates for service charges for all new build properties.
