Assistant Administrator - Employee Share Plan Team EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent DEPARTMENT: Employer Solutions DIVISION: Institutional Client Services WORKPLACE STRUCTURE: Hybrid ROLE OVERVIEW PURPOSE OF JOB Responsiblefor the efficient and timely processing of communications (telephone / emailetc.) relating to the participants of employee share plans. Look to enhancethe participant experience for our book of clients, ensuring that participantsreceive a premium service and clear, concise communications. MAIN RESONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
• Preparing "bulk" communications to send to plan members.
• Assisting participants with use of the Employer Solutions online portals.
• Maintaining member details on core systems via requests to the Share Plan System.
• Acting on diary reminders.
• Keeping information on plans up to date and making sure any changes are circulated to the team.
• Adhere to Risk & Compliance procedures in relation to regulatory requirements and AML legislation. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
• Excellent telephone skills.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Must enjoy working part of a team.
