Deputy Manager – Clinical Lead (Days)

💰£24.50/hour | £50,960


We’re looking for a Deputy Manager / Clinical Lead to join a highly regarded care service, supporting older people to live their best lives in a warm, person-centred environment.


About You

Essential:

💚Valid NMC registration.

💚Advanced clinical experience

💚Experience leading teams in a care environment.

💚Strong knowledge of person-centred care, including dementia and end-of-life support.

💚Excellent communication, leadership, and IT skills.

Desirable:

💚Experience with electronic care planning systems (ideally PCS).

💚Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification.


What You’ll Do:

💚Support residents by assessing needs, promoting wellbeing, and championing dignity and respect.

💚Lead your shift with positivity, creating a supportive environment for both residents and colleagues.

💚Deputise for the Home Manager, ensuring smooth and effective operations when they’re away.
