Role Title: Full Stack Developer
Location: Warwick (Hybrid – 3 days per week on-site)
Day Rate: £510 Inside IR35
Duration: 6 months
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join a team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing and maintaining robust front-end and back-end solutions, while contributing to technical strategy and best practice within an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, verify, test, document and refactor complex applications, scripts and integration services
* Participate in and lead peer code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to standards
* Select and apply appropriate development methods, tools and techniques
* Collaborate closely with Solution Architects to shape and formalise new solution designs
* Work alongside Product Owners, QA, UX, engineers and end users to deliver features aligned to business and user needs
* Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members
* Play an active role in Agile ceremonies and contribute to team culture and delivery excellence
