Responsibilities
* Lead from the front, manage kitchen staff, and run shifts.
* Cook, taste and ensure quality of dishes.
* Run the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence.
* Implement health and safety standards.
* Provide training and maintain morale among the brigade.
