Are you a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner looking for your next role in Early Years education? Teaching Personnel is currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to join a welcoming nursery setting in Hayes starting in September.
About the Role:
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting children’s development in a nurturing and stimulating environment. You will work as part of a dynamic Early Years team to deliver high-quality care and learning opportunities for children aged 0-5.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support children’s learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
* Plan and deliver engaging activities tailored to individual needs
* Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment
* Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
* Observe and record children’s progress and contribute to their learning journeys
Requirements:
* A Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent) is essential
* Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
* A strong understanding of the EYFS framework
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* An enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
