Rev & Regs are recruiting for an Account Manager position for a dynamic and exciting software development company working across the logistics sector.
The Account Manager is one of the primary contacts for clients and product users and is an expert on the company’s products and services. The Account Manager is responsible for assisting onboarding of new clients, providing training and delivering sessions to support customer education, whilst providing an exceptional client experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients & product users, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and resolving issues or concerns.
2. Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients & product users, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
3. Manage a portfolio of clients & their subsequent product users, ensuring they receive exceptional service to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Plan, schedule, and attend regular site visits across your region, delivering informative talks about our services and products.
5. Be the first point of contact for escalations related to client/ product user queries, payment, tech, and other concerns.
