We're looking for a
Planned Works Planner (Dispensations & Compliance)
to join our Property Operations team.
In this key role, you'll take ownership of the
statutory Section 20 consultation and dispensation processes
, ensuring we meet our legal obligations, manage risk effectively, and deliver for our customers. You'll also play a vital part in supporting the planning, administration, and coordination of planned works projects across our portfolio of managed developments.
What You'll Be Doing
* Leading the dispensation process for planned works projects, from preparing applications to monitoring outcomes.
* Managing the Section 20 consultation process, ensuring all notices are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.
* Acting as the go-to contact for compliance queries, working closely with Operations Managers, House/Estate Managers, consultants, and our Legal team.
* Supporting the planning and coordination of projects, including validating contractor quotes and ensuring statutory obligations are met.
* Maintaining accurate and auditable records in Fixflo/Qube, with timely updates and reporting.
* Championing best practice and contributing to the continuous improvement of compliance processes.
What We're Looking For
* Experience in compliance, governance, planning, or scheduling (property, housing, facilities, or asset management is desirable).
* Knowledge of Section 20 consultation processes (or similar statutory frameworks) is an advantage.
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet tight deadlines.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – able to liaise with legal teams, contractors, and operational colleagues.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and database administration.
* A detail-focused, proactive, and resilient approach.
