📍 Remote (Covering Central England) | 💷 £38,000 - £40,000 + Bonus & Car/Allowance
Are you a commercially driven professional with a passion for hospitality, education, lesuire and a knack for creating strategic partnerships? We're looking for a Business Development Manager to help grow our presence across the companies Key Accounts markets.
🔍 About the Role
In this field-based role, you'll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and developing relationships with Key Accounts. Your goal will be to expand market share, drive revenue, and build long-term partnerships that support our business goals.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach new business opportunities across Key Accounts
Manage and grow a pipeline of prospective accounts and partners
Develop tailored proposals and presentations for Key Account clients
Negotiate and close commercial agreements
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and account management
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy✅ What We're Looking For
Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in Leisure, Hospitality, Education
Strong knowledge of Key Accounts such as TUCO, NHS, etc
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working remotely
