Role
We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the definition, delivery, and continuous improvement of key digital transformation programmes within the IT & Digital Practice. The Product Manager will act as the voice of the customer, balancing business needs, technical feasibility, and operational stability. This role owns the product roadmap, manages stakeholder expectations, and works closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value outcomes across multiple programmes.
Responsibilities
* Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
* Gather, analyse, and prioritise customer and stakeholder requirements, converting them into actionable user stories and features.
* Collaborate with Software Engineering, DevOps, Integration, and Architecture teams to ensure technical feasibility and timely delivery.
* Act as Product Owner within Agile ceremonies for assigned products.
* Balance scope, quality, and timelines to deliver incremental value.
* Monitor product performance, adoption, and customer satisfaction; use data-driven insights to inform decisions.
* Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and operational standards.
* Act as the primary contact between stakeholders and delivery teams.
* Support go-to-market planning, documentation, and training initiatives.
Required Experience
* Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in software development, SaaS, cloud, or enterprise systems.
* Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
* Experience in cloud-native development, DevOps, enterprise SaaS, or integrations.
* Demonstrated success in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
* Experience driving product strategy and roadmap execution in complex programmes.
Required Skills
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Analytical mindset with experience using metrics and data to drive product decisions.
* Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and modern DevOps toolchains desirable.
* Ability to operate effectively in matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders.

Required Education
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
* Product Management or Agile certifications (e.g., CSPO, SAFe PO/PM) desirable.
